If you are unhappy with your purchase or membership within the first 30 days of a new subscription or new purchase, we will happily give a full refund if requested within 30 days of the first new subscription or new purchase. If your purchase included any physical items shipped, shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
If you are outside the 30-day guarantee period of a first new subscription, such as the first payment after a 30-day free trial, we are sorry but we are unable to issue a refund because it is outside the 30-day guarantee period.
