Most of them can be THM and here's how it breaks down for both keto and THM. :)
- soaked rice - use in THM:E meals/snacks; not keto
- soaked beans - use in THM:E meals/snacks; not keto
- 4 grain breakfast porridge- use in THM:E meals/snacks; not keto
- one pot potato salad - not THM or keto (but you could make cauli rice or something like that instead)
- chicken soup or pot roast - depending on veggies used/omitted, can be THM:S or THM:E or keto
- cranberry sauce - use stevia/erythritol and this is THM:FP; it can be keto if within allowed carb limits for the day
- soaked spiced fig bread - not THM or keto
- cheesecake or apple crisp - cheesecake can be keto or THM:S if using erythritol/stevia for sweetener
