Why can't I access past thank you videos or bonuses?

We give current bonuses and thank you videos to members* during the current month. If this is the situation and you still don't see what you expect, trying logging out and then logging in again to reset your account.


However, we do occasionally give out past thank-you videos and bonuses as rewards, so keep your favorites in mind for those occasions. :)


*Please note: Members on our phased-out Basic plan do not receive the thank-you video each month; it's not included.
